I have been to Socrates many times now for different issues with my back, sciatica, neck & shoulder; often with pain so severe that I couldn't even drive myself. After every treatment with Socrates, I have had IMMEDIATE dramatic relief! Generally the pain is gone or negligible, and movement has been restored, by the time I walk out of the session. It's truly remarkable. I usually have recovered completely within just a few days. The treatment is so gentle and effective. I used to spend so much money on physios and often it just really hurt, and I only got a small improvement for a short period of time. But Bowen Therapy is amazing, and Socrates is an EXCEPTIONAL therapist and very gentle. I highly recommend him.

I Received treatment for vertigo from Socrates at Optimal Health Directions and even though I was hopeful, prior to receiving Bowen Therapy I still had the experience with repeated episodes, so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I had a couple of treatments and I was astounded how much better I felt even after the first one. He is an exceptional therapist with a calm and reassuring manner.
